General Infomation
We try to minimize the shipping cost for you, but make sure that the package does arrive. In some countries, we have had problems, so we must use registered mail or express mail.
We have found that shipping by mail is still the least expensive method of shipment
Our catalog will calculate basic shipping cost to many countries. Standard shipping for packages below 4 lbs (1.8kg) is by first class and above 4lbs it is by PMI (Priority Mail International).
To see the shipping cost for locations outside the U.S., you must start the checkout procedure and select your country. Two or three pages later you will see the shipping cost. You will have an option to cancel.
On our Store Front, there is a list of countries which the catalog can currently calculate shipping costs for. If your country is not there, please contact us.
Customs
Most packages we ship pass quickly through customs. However, for reasons we do not understand, occasionally a package will be delayed. If you need something very fast, this may be a reason to consider Express mail.
Secure Shipping
For most countries we ship to, mail arrives without problems. There may be occasional delays in customs as discussed above. If you think that security may be a problem, please contact us as we can also use registered mail or express mail.
